1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the NXTGEN Coaching website and all coaching services provided by NXTGEN Coaching ("we", "us", "our"). NXTGEN Coaching delivers professional football coaching for children aged 5–12 across the North East of England.
By registering a child for sessions, purchasing a membership, or using our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Eligibility & registration
- Coaching is available to children aged 5–12 years only.
- A parent or legal guardian must complete all registrations.
- You confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
- Membership is personal to the registered child and is non-transferable.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a registration where necessary for safeguarding, behavioural, or operational reasons.
3. Membership and Pay As You Play
3.1 Monthly membership
- Monthly membership starts at £30 per calendar month. Girls Only membership is £60 per calendar month.
- Provides unlimited access to all eligible training sessions across North East venues.
- Membership renews automatically on a rolling monthly basis.
3.2 Pay As You Play
- Individual session access without subscription.
- Payment required in advance of attendance.
- Subject to session availability.
All sessions are open to boys and girls. Dedicated girls-only sessions may also be offered. We reserve the right to amend session schedules, venues, and availability.
4. Payments
- All payments are processed securely via our online booking system.
- Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically on the same date each month.
- Prices are in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Failed or declined payments may result in immediate suspension of access until resolved.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice (minimum 30 days).
5. Cancellation & refund policy
5.1 Membership cancellation
- You may cancel your membership with at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing date.
- Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
- No refunds are provided for partial months.
5.2 Session refunds
- Pay As You Play bookings are non-refundable.
- Missed sessions are not transferable or refundable.
- If we cancel a session, we will transfer the booking to another suitable session or provide a full refund.
- We may, at our discretion, provide refunds in other exceptional circumstances.

6. Weather & force majeure
We are not liable for failure to deliver sessions due to:
- Severe weather
- Government restrictions
- Venue closures
- Events outside our reasonable control
If one of these circumstances causes us to cancel a Pay As You Play session, we will transfer the booking to another suitable session or provide a full refund. Monthly membership entitlement continues, but no additional compensation is provided unless required by law.
7. Code of conduct
All players and parents/guardians agree to:
- Treat coaches, staff, and participants with respect
- Follow instructions given by coaching staff
- Maintain appropriate sideline behaviour
- Refrain from abusive, discriminatory, aggressive, or unsporting conduct
- Avoid coaching from the sidelines during sessions
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate membership without refund where behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or repeatedly disruptive.
8. Health, medical & participation risk
- Parents/guardians must disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or additional needs.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your child is physically fit to participate.
- Football is a contact sport and carries inherent risk of injury. Participation is at your own risk.
While we take all reasonable precautions and operate under FA best practice guidance:
- NXTGEN Coaching accepts no liability for injuries sustained during sessions except where caused by our negligence.
- All coaches hold valid FA qualifications and enhanced DBS checks.
- We maintain appropriate public liability insurance.
9. Safeguarding
NXTGEN Coaching is fully committed to safeguarding children. We follow FA safeguarding policies and procedures and maintain:
- Enhanced DBS-checked coaches
- Designated Safeguarding Officer
- Clear reporting procedures
Any safeguarding concerns may be reported to:
- Our Designated Safeguarding Officer
- The FA Safeguarding Team
- Local authorities where appropriate

10. Photography & media consent
From time to time, photographs or video footage may be taken during sessions for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. By registering, you consent to your child being included in such materials unless you notify us in writing prior to participation.
If you withdraw consent, we will make reasonable efforts to exclude your child from future media. Parents and spectators must not take photographs or videos of other children without permission.
11. Personal property
NXTGEN Coaching accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to sessions.
12. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, training materials, logos, and media are the property of NXTGEN Coaching. No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Information collected is used solely for:
- Registration and booking
- Safeguarding
- Communication
- Service delivery

15. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
